Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop email management tool, which will grant you complete command over your email accounts and e-mail newsletters. Besides, you can forward electronic mail messages from one email box account to another, set up email filters, set up autoresponder messages and shield your electronic mail accounts against junk electronic mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can shield all your email box accounts against unsolicited bulk electronic mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unwelcome e-mail messages will find their way into your email box. Your electronic mails will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether an e-mail message blacklisted as spam should be deleted or redirected to a given electronic mail account.
Email Filters
Email filters are perfect for filtrating your incoming electronic mails based on certain criteria specified by you. Setting up email filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your mail filter will be activated and will take effect instantly. You can swiftly set up an e-mail filter for any of your e-mail accounts and select the e-mail filtering criteria as per your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming e-mails from one email mailbox account to another, or even to a number of other email accounts. Simply select the mail account you wish to forward emails from, then select the destination e-mail box and indicate if you wish to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can quickly set up the e-mail client of your liking to access your email mailbox accounts. Just browse to the Auto-Config column next to the mailbox you want to set up on your PC or cell phone and click on the mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new e-mailbox account will be set up in an instant.

The Email Manager graphical user interface will also enable you to quickly create an auto-reply message - specify the message you would like people to notice and our system will take care of everything else.
